Finally, a crisis we can actually help with!
If you haven’t heard already, the popular Sriracha sauce, or commonly known as Rooster Sauce, is anticipating a mega shortage of the product in the coming months. You may have already stocked up on hot sauce, but if you haven’t, fear not, and make way for Sriracha’s hotter cousin: Yai’s Chili Garlic Hot Sauce.
Also made from hot chili peppers, this sauce is similar to Sriracha but has a bit more of a kick to it and stronger Thai roots. It’s also free from added sugar, which we personally love about this product. (We don’t really understand why so much added sugar is ever needed in sauces anyways!) Unlike other hot sauce brands, our Chili Garlic Hot Sauce is also free from preservatives and xanthan gum. We do add a little bit of sea salt, but unlike other hot sauces where salt is one of the top three ingredients, salt is the last ingredient listed on our hot sauce.
We get it - interruptions to your daily routine, like not being able to buy a bottle of sriracha for your morning eggs, lunchtime sammie or dinner bowl topping, can really throw you off. And we may not be able to solve all the world’s many problems right now. But here we are, just a humble Thai sauce company, happy to finally be able to help with at least one of the recent inconveniences of this turbulent world with our simple, better-for-you hot sauce.
