To make it the classic way: 1) Soak rice noodles in warm water until soft 2) Sauté sliced carrots, broccoli, and chicken or tofu cubes 3) Crack in an egg or two and scramble 4) Add noodles, pour in sauce, and toss together 5) Top with bean sprouts, green onions, and chopped peanuts."
