Pad Thai Spring Rolls

Thanks to @eatsbyarchita for this the great spring roll recipe using our Pad Thai Sauce! 


✅  5 oz of rice noodles 
✅  3/4 cup of Yai’s Thai Pad Thai sauce 
✅  5-6 rice paper spring roll wrappers
✅  1/4 cup chopped peanuts 
✅  1/2 of red bell pepper, sliced 
✅  1/2 cup sliced purple cabbage 
✅  1/2 cup shredded carrot 
✅  crushed red pepper flakes 
✅  fresh lime juice 
✅  chopped cilantro 
✅  fresh mint leaves 
✅  chopped green onions 


✔️ Prepare your rice noodles according to package directions. 
✔️ Once cooked, mix in the Yai's Thai Pad Thai sauce, chopped peanuts, red pepper flakes, and lime juice. 
✔️ Working quickly, dip the spring roll papers in water for 10 second until they become flexible. Layer all your sliced veggies, noodles, and herbs inside the wrapper. Assemble, roll, and tightly wrap. Repeat and enjoy with your favorite sauce!
