Here’s how we made it:
🥥 Pour a jar of Yai’s Green Thai Coconut Curry into a large pot
🍤 Add a pound of shrimp (pre-cooked) and bring to a simmer
🌶 Add sliced jalapeño & red bell pepper
🍃 Add a big handful of arugula and cook until wilted
🌱 Top with green onions and basil and serve over zoodles!
