Creamy Thai Mashed Potatoes

Level up your mashed potatoes with coconut milk and Chili Garlic Hot Sauce!  

Serves: 4
Cook Time: 40 minutes



  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Peel the potatoes and boil for 30 minutes. Remove from pot and strain.
  3. In a bowl, mash the potatoes.
  4. Stir in the coconut milk until smooth.
  5. Add the Chili Garlic Hot Sauce and sea salt and stir thoroughly.
  6. Garnish with green onions.
