Delicious, healthy, and easy, this taco salad is the perfect go-to when you're crunched for time.

Yai's Thai Taco Salad


Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
  • Yai's Thai Salsa
  • 1 lb chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 head of green leaf lettuce
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 avocados, cubed
  • 4 roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Make It:
  1. Sautée chicken, onion, and bell peppers in olive oil. Mix in all spices and combine thoroughly.
  2. Arrange all ingredients on a bed of lettuce and top with Yai's Thai Salsa!
