Thai Salmon Salad

Yai's Thai Salsa was inspired by this very dish - we took out the salmon to create a salsa, but now it's simple to put it back together!
Yai's Thai Salmon Salad


Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4

Make It:
  1. Lightly coat the salmon with olive oil.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Grill salmon for about 4 minutes on each side
  4. Remove skin.
  5. In bowl, break salmon up into flaky pieces
  6. Mix with a jar of Yai's Thai Salsa and enjoy!
  7. Serve cold on bed of lettuce or arugula
