Grilled Steak Skewers

Cook Time: 15 minutes
- 1 lb steak, cut in cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, cut in pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in pieces
- 1 red onion, cut in pieces
- Yai's Thai Spicy Thai Relish
- Slide steak and veggies onto wooden or metal skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, rotating every few minutes.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Top with Spicy Thai Relish.
