Simple seared Ahi tuna steaks drizzled with Ginger Lime Hot Sauce.

Yai's Thai Ginger Lime Ahi Tuna

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:

Make It: 
  1.  Sprinkle tuna steaks with salt and lime juice.
  2. Sear over high heat on grill or grill pan for 3 minutes per side. 
  3. Prepare bed of spinach and spread out avocado slices.
  4. Remove tuna from heat.
  5. Slice and spread across spinach and avocado.
  6. Top with green onions and sprouts, drizzle with Ginger Lime Hot Sauce.
