Ginger Lime Ahi Tuna
Simple seared Ahi tuna steaks drizzled with Ginger Lime Hot Sauce.
Cook Time: 20 minutes
- 2 Ahi tuna steaks
- Yai's Thai Ginger Lime Hot Sauce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Green onions, sliced in rounds
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- Sprinkle tuna steaks with salt and lime juice.
- Sear over high heat on grill or grill pan for 3 minutes per side.
- Prepare bed of spinach and spread out avocado slices.
- Remove tuna from heat.
- Slice and spread across spinach and avocado.
- Top with green onions and sprouts, drizzle with Ginger Lime Hot Sauce.
